Gold Eagle College Scholarship Grant – AY 2025–2026
Who May Apply
- Incoming 1st-year college students enrolled in eligible STEM courses
- Must be a bona fide student at one of Insular Foundation’s six partner schools:
- University of the Philippines Diliman
- Aurora State College of Technology
- Benguet State University
- Bohol Island State University – Main Campus
- Central Mindanao University
- Davao Oriental State University
- University of the Philippines Diliman
- Parents’ annual gross income must not exceed:
- ₱500,000 for UP Diliman
- ₱250,000 for other provincial SUCs
- ₱500,000 for UP Diliman
- Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be an incoming 1st-year college student enrolled in a STEM course at one of the partner schools
- Must have passed the school’s admission test
- Must have a GWA of at least 85% in Grade 11 and 12 (up to 2nd grading or 1st term)
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units
- Must not have disciplinary violations beyond a 5-day suspension
- Must demonstrate financial need (based on income ceiling above)
- Must not be a scholar of any other program
